We are Angie & Russ, a couple of Thornton-based yogis that lead a sunrise morning practice at Harley Brown Amphitheater at Carpenter Park during the warmer months as weather allows. Additionally, Yoga With Littles is a class designed to show young ones of any age (really, any age!) what Yoga is all about. Simply check the calendar for class times!
